Long Exposure Photography

Jay Cohen’s discussion on long exposure photography will include various reasons photographers should deploy this technique as well as creative images that can be made extending shutter speeds. He will talk about the technical aspects of long exposure photography and present many examples of his work.

Jay is an award-winning photographer living in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He is passionate about capturing the beauty in the world around us. Jay is a contributing photographer for Stamford City Lifestyle and previously photographed for the Scarsdale Enquirer. His work has been featured in Fine Eye Magazine, B&W Minimalism Magazine, Shot! Magazine, and on Fotoblur.com. He is a frequent guest lecturer and competition judge. Jay recently published “Moving Pictures”, a 110 page retrospective of his work.
